For now this USA v2 build only sends outbound email. Inbox and full Outlook thread sync should be added later through Outlook/Graph or an RFQ-style import, not automatic IMAP page load.
To enable authenticated SMTP, copy data/quote-mail-private.example.php to data/quote-mail-private.php on the server and put the real mailbox/app password there.
