Quote Process

USA domestic quoting, capacity notes, fast customer replies, and clean ownership.

USA Quote Desk Process

  1. Unassigned: new request is visible to the whole team.
  2. My Quote Desk: someone claims it and works capacity.
  3. Quote Sent / Quoted PA: quote has been sent and waits for customer disposition.
  4. Booked - Pending Dispatch: customer awards it and the quote moves to the Pending Dispatch tab.
  5. Pending Dispatch: operations/tracking enters the Landstar FB/integration number, LTL/other system number, or manual dashboard entry notes.
  6. Shipment Created - Close: dashboard shipment number is confirmed, the quote closes, and the real shipment is handled on the main dashboard.
  7. Not Awarded: customer cancels, declines, or no longer needs it.
If someone leaves for lunch or gets reassigned before quoting, return the quote to Unassigned.
